Yep, I like Boras way too much to bring that clown in here.

Isn't this Boras' first season with the Rams? I'm going to wait a bit and see.

For those more familiar with the NFL, do OC's make drastic changes to the plays in their first year?

Its his first full year as OC - but he took over as interm OC when they fired Cigs last year when the offense was crapping the bed week after week. Same offense though - and I think thats the real issue. I was hoping that Groh would rub off on this offense a bit but I'm not seeing it so far.

Wow... bring him on to help Boras please. Shit if we score 24+ a game I'll be ecstatic!
Imagine our D playing with points and a lead? But no we get 3 and out punt fests that look like a high school offense.

I would be shocked if FIsher brought Roman in that would actually help our offense out.

Is Roman actually a good offensive coordinator? I remember loving when we added josh McDaniels and then he dudded and went to new England and has a potent offense again. Why does that happen?

Roman probably clashed with the Ryan boys, especially Rob.

Greg Roman made Colin Kaepernick look like a good QB. Fisher interviewed for OC. Get him wrapped up NOW!!!

I would hire him as an offensive assistant of some sort and have him take over the offense completely by game 6.

Talent, finding the right players to fit the system, execution, injuries, defensive performance. There's a whole host of other factors. Things don't magically get solved when you fire/replace coaches on the regular.

Ya I'm thinking he went off about the defense and the Ryan's couldn't take it

I am not confident Fisher or Snead could (or should) make this decision. I have been saying it for a couple of years, but maybe this year is true? It should be a swim or sink year for Fisher and the whole staff. We might have more talent than after the Spags debacle, but I am open to doing most anything to the roster to make a winning team in the next couple of years...and yes, it's called rebuilding.

That's what I thought. So adding Roman would be similar right?

He's good enough to make Kap and Tyrod Taylor play like top QBs in his system.

Imagine what he would do with Goff and Gurley... Also doesn't hurt Jim Harbough approved of Roman, as much as fans around here don't like Jim. He does know his football.

After half-time, the sideline reporter reported how Rex was disappointed in their defense, which is run by brother Rob. So they fire Roman the next day? Yeah that makes sense... score 31 and give up 37 so let's fire the OC. Makes total sense. Talk about a Clown and Clown Act.

Keep in mind the Bills only scored once last week in a 7-13 loss to the Ravens...
Wait...what? They scored 7 points on offense?:thinking: And only lost by 6??:thinking::thinking:

So the Bills were :football: while the Rams were :help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help:.

I'd still be pissed because we lost to SF but I'd feel a lot better with a 13-7 score vs. what we saw from our group.
