Wow - when he signed on, I didn't know Andrew Whitworth from Andrew Jackson.

The man is something else. Can't say I'm glad to have gotten to know him, cuz of course I don't, but am very glad he is associated with my favorite team.

My pleasure, Andrew - wish you nothing but the best.

Cheers.

He gave us 5 years and helped get 2 Super Bowl appearances and a big Super Bowl victory!

:pointup:This.

Here’s to Andrew Whitworth!

cheers GIF

Mr. Whitworth, thank you for your leadership and your hard work ethic. You did not just set an example for the rookies or first-year players to follow, you set an example that the entire NFL could look up to. Congratulations on your super bowl victory, and enjoy your retirement, sir. What a year... you truly went out on top!

Everyone has said how I feel about the player and the man.

My memory of Big Whit will always be him carrying Eric Weddle around like a little boy after the a super Bowl victory.

This is a way over used cliche, but as a huge , hulking football player and a huge, hulking human; Big Whit is truly a MAN among boys...Thanks, big man...

Occasionally you find a real man among the boys. This is a case of exactly that. We were lucky to have him. Thanks for everything big Whit! Super Bowl Champion forever. He will be missed on the field and off.

YOU JUST LOVE A TRUE WARRIOR!!!

Ride into the sunset Big Whit!!! Enjoy your family...AND THANK YOU!!!

Leadership, professionalism, accountabilty, he brought it all, and our offensive line played at a higher level with him than probably any point since our GSOT days. 1st class on and off the field, a level of excellence right to the very end, and going out a SB winner and Man of the Year at that.
