Would do great in the tourism industry IF you don't have to wear a helmet but it's classified as a motorcycle. That sucks a bit. It's definitely a fair weather scooter though. Not too many takers where snow and slush are in the equation I'd imagine.
 
I see plenty of the Can Am Spyders down here around Tampa and with the sudden weather shifts, a vehicle like that with a canopy would have a market.

Electrics are growing strong here as well. There's even a Tesla dealer in the UTC mall in Sarasota and I understand that certain models of plug ins are on back order.

Five states where a helmet would currently be required. Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska and West Virginia.

Missouri? That's funny. A place where you can ride around drinking a beer legally but gotta wear a helmet on a three wheeler with a rollcage?
