What? No illegal block in the back?

AZ is just getting hosed with bad field position.

Are their contracts for 250k per year, or is that a 3 year total? I’ve heard others say they were getting paid 75k per year, but that doesn’t add up to 250k in 3 years.

3 year total. I believe it's $70k first year, $80k second year, and then $100k third year.

I gotta say that I watched about a quarter of the AZ/Memphis game and it really felt like watching minor league football. I also thought the uniforms looked very high school. Sorry to be the dissenter here but so far, this just seems like an excuse to watch football. Hopefully the product will get a chance to get better but for now, I'm not going to go out of my way to watch it and I love both college and NFL.

Well maybe high schools should be saving money and go back to logo-less helmets and plain single colored uniforms.

I think the broadcast of the games is awful. The streaming on the site was wonky and there are no stats available during the game. I was trying to watch the last 5 minutes of the Memphis/Arizona game and they never showed the score, the down and distance, the time left in the game or any stats.
I’m trying to support the league but find the lack of information annoying.

Sorry bro, I know I said I would handle it,but the wife surprised me with a long weekend getaway for Valentines day, so I was without any electronics for 4 days.

Must be a deal with the broadcast partners. The televised broadcast has everything you'd expect to see. Didn't realize the stream didn't have play-by-play until today. You're right about online stats, though. I can't find any either.

What's that mean? Do they have a channel on some obscure cable package or is it just on their website? I saw that CBS and TNT only had one game to broadcast all season (well two if you count the regional CBS coverage the first day). The rest are only on B/R, CBSSN, and NFLN.

At least with the cash infusion there will be enough money to actually meet payroll, unlike the UFL.

Hmm. Just looked into it more. Kind of makes sense now. Looks like Turner Sports has invested in this B/R Live streaming platform. I'm not sure how old that announcement is on their website, but if it's just been posted it's free until June.
