Theres only a 2-3 likely scenarios here. If it were drugs or substances, I think it would’ve been worded differently. If it was gambling related it would be much more than 2 games. Did he have a legal matter that flew under the radar somehow?

The *without pay* is what caught my eye. Even guys that get suspended for disciplinary reasons typically get paid.

Now all of you posters who have been trashing Noteboom say your sorry.

What is really messed up is someone on the interior might not make the 53 because the Rams will need a third tackle.
Only if he and Stafford can stay healthy. Otherwise they were all correct.

Guess this also explains Limmer getting reps with the 1s as I assumed that Noteboom would start at OG in case Jonah Jackson wasn't ready.
Limmer was getting snaps at C with the 1s. Jourdan has said that they're seeing if it should be Thomas-LG and Avila-C or Avila-LG and Limmer-C, if Jackson (Jonah) isn't ready.

I’m not going to jump to any conclusions. We might never know what happened, they keep things in house which I prefer it’s really none of our business.

Just hope he comes back with an edge and opposing players pay for it.

Noteboom is the top reserve at LG and LT.
If both of the Jacksons (Jonah and Alaric) are out, Noteboom would start at LT because he is the 3rd best OT.

With Alaric Jackson out for the first two games, it's Noteboom at LT.

Hopefully, Jonah Jackson will be ready at LG, with Avila at Center.
However, if Jonah Jackson is not ready, the Rams would choose one of two options.
Avila stays at Center, with Zach Thomas at LG; or
Avila back to his rookie spot at LG and Limmer at Center.
