Does anyone know what number DJ Humphries is wearing, as they show no number on the Rams website.

Much better than a # in the 60's.

Problem is the Rams have had some all-time great linemen, so #'s 74, 75, 76 and 78 are all rightly retired.

#72 was the only # in the 70s still available.

60s are for guards. 70s for OTs and an occasional DL.
I was happy when Alaric Jackson took Whitworth's #77. I need to get-a-life.

In High School and in the Air Force my main number was #65 because of Tom Mack. I remember one of the RB's in HS, lower on the depth chart inquired as to whom donned 65 and when I replied Tom Mack, his response was "Who in the hell is Tom Mack?" My response was, you have underscored why from the neck up, you are worth a nickel.

Was always a little sad that Mack retired after 1978, missing-out on the Super Bowl in 1979.

I played DB in high school (not very well); and wore #47 because of Rams' 1973/1974 CB Charlie Stukes.

Maybe you can enlighten me on what happened to Stukes. In 1975, it was hard to get info on player comings and goings. Was he one of the RAMS that suffered a season ending injury that year? If so, did the injury occur during preseason? He never played again after being a solid starter and really good in zone coverage the prior two years.

By "DB" I'm assuming that means "Da Bench"?
