Don't see the fit. Unless he's going to play the LeGarrette Blount role - for LeGarrette Blount money - there's no way.

I think he'll be a Raider myself. He can have a big role there, they have the money, and they're a contender.

I mean, my whole plan was to play in Cleveland this year for the league minimum

I was thinking Charles a while ago, assuming Cunningham isn't resigned. Fast guy, receiving threat, effective in a limited role, good mentor to Gurley. AP would also be effective in a limited role and be a wonderful mentor, but I don't see much use overall.

AP would certainly be useful as a mentor - do for Gurley what Stephen Davis did for SJax - but I doubt his ego lets him go anywhere that doesn't install him as a 20+ touch per game starter and offer an immediate shot at a Super Bowl run.

Nope, it will be the New York Football Giants!
Don't know about that. He made some overtures a week or so ago, and the Giants didn't bite.
Nothing would surprise me but I'd think that while they are still crawling away from the Josh Brown mess, that they wouldn't want to re-open that wound with a player who had highly publicized off field issues

Who will be the better 2017 free agent RB pickup - AP or Jamaal Charles?
Probably a rookie...Very deep draft class for RB's....with gobs of talent...and plenty of tread on the tires.

Raiders, Packers, maybe the Giants have a chance to pounce...I expect him to go back to Minn. with his Oklahoma teammate.
