Hate to break it to you, but he hasn't registered a sack yet.

Thus far, Sack City has 1 sack. Sims and Gaines have 0.5 each.
 
Me...no double teams due to attention Quinn requires....explosive first steps...good to see he's leading the DROY at this moment...at least in our opinions....

After coaches review Aaron Donald and Gains split the sack!
 
Per "Sporting Charts", whatever website that is:

Aaron Donald - 5 tackles - 3 TFL's - 60% TFL rate, highest rate among DT's so far this season

only other DT above him: Senderrick Marks of JAX: 11 tackles - 4 TFL's - 36.4% TFL rate
next DT below him: Justin Smith of SF: 8 tackles - 3 TFL's - 37.5% TFL rate

I thought I heard that NFL officials reversed that call and said the Rams have zero sacks.
They said the QB was running or it was an aborted play, I forget exactly.
But that's what I recall hearing.

They did. I was referencing the sack against the Bucs.
 
After he leads all defensive rookies this season in stats, and most plays made, etc, the voters will find some way to give someone else the DROY award because he was on any team besides the Rams.

Not to be a know it all but last year Robert Quinn opened up the season with three sacks.
 
Donald flashes greatness every game he plays. I love the pick.

There's time, guys. This team is still coming together. That was a huge win for the psyche of our very young team.
