Bit of an overstatement. Hurts isn't elite, but he was a 2nd team All Pro and MVP runner up in 2022. He's not a bum. He's an above average QB.

Let's disagree. I don't think he's a bum either for the record. Just a dude. Average.

Well, the Eagles have drafted really well but they do have some cap hell coming. Howie's just one of the best at making the pain come as late as possible.

I was going to disagree here but you seem to know Mr. Thuney better than the rest of us.

Seriously though, I have to believe cap-hit and Thuney's age have a lot to do with the Chiefs looking to move him. Looking at OTC, the Chiefs' guards Thuney and Trey Smith (Franchise tag) would cost over $50M against K.C.'s 2025 cap. That's got to be a record-high for starting guards

Looks like the Thuney to the Bears deal just went-down.

Reported to be a 2026 fourth round pick.
