Am I the only one who feels that Tommy Edman's stellar post season has been vastly under appreciated?
Sure he deservedly won the NLCS MVP, but he was damn good in the WS too
Will Smith is my favorite Dodger player no question. But Edman very much earned him a spot on the list with me. He's not the greatest defender at SS but he's adequate and that bat was so damned clutch. I glad he's signed for 2025 but wouldn't be upset at all if he was extended.

Not at all, guy was outstanding! Looking forward to a full season of watching him play.

And of course Roki Sasaki.

Not sure underappreciated is accurate. Unexpected maybe. Overlooked before the playoffs maybe. But most Dodger fans I know couldn't stop talking about him during the playoffs and series. Of course he was definitely over shadowed by Freddy's performance in the series.

Sasaki has got some nasty stuff. Could be better than Yamamoto. Fastball hits 100+. The only concern is that it seems guys who throw that hard end up with Tommy John type surgery. Still hope he chooses the Dodgers.

Agree. I think the 25 team will be better than 24.....

Need WB back....

So the Dodgers are one of five teams to submit an offer for Soto. Honestly, I think I'd prefer Teoscar. He's a great clubhouse guy. Can provide offense. Maybe not on Soto's level but he's still pretty good. I think the intangibles Teoscar provides can rub off on the others.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Good signing. Seasoned vet. Ace type caliber. Playoff experience. He started the season on the DL. Slow start when he returned. Then was really good. His September ERA was 1.00. His August ERA was 1.64. In July he pitched 24 innings with only 2 earned runs given up. Pitching like his Cy Young season. As long as he stays healthy he should be another quality starter. Dodgers are serious about a repeat. I wonder if Sasaki is still on their radar? You can never have too much pitching.

Id like Buehler back.....dont care he he throws 60 innings in the reg season.....

I love that they’re trying to make a 6 man starting rotation to save arms and not overuse Ohtani or any of the guys.

If the pitching remains even mostly healthy, I think the Dodgers will repeat.

And I don’t especially want Soto

Soto might provide more offense but Teoscar is pretty good too. And a great clubhouse influence. Just one of those guys you root for. Not to mention he'd come cheaper than Soto. My wish list is to bring Teoscar back and lure Sasaki to the Dodgers. Do that and we're in great shape to repeat.

Plus, the Dodgers are using the salary deferrals brilliantly. Soto is too young to likely be willing to defer
