Hunter Long played really well against the 49ers. I was actually thinking, I would like to see him get more reps.

I can’t see the point in carrying 4 TE on a team that doesn’t run any 12 personnel. Long is a FA after the year anyways

Raiders' Crosby needs ankle surgery; season over
Maxx Crosby will undergo arthroscopic ankle surgery that will end his 2024 season after aggravating the injury last weekend against the Bucs.
We've really dodged a ton of bullets right now on injuries. Off memory is JJ3 our only one on IR and was he designated eligible to even return? Looking around the league damn our Rams are fortunate. Good vibes!!!

Him and Reeder... McVay kind of said they are essentially waiting to see if they get an injury at either position, then that would determine which one comes back.

Jesus, that sucks for Tank Dell. So basically his lower leg popped free from his body with flesh keeping it attached. That’s brutal, don’t even wish that kind of injury on players I don’t like.

Tank was drafted in the 2nd round for those Texans after Stroud last year. Stroud said that's my best friend! I understand and relate.

Havenstein hurt his shoulder in yesterday's practice. Although he was scheduled for a veteran rest-day today, McVay said Havenstein would not have been able to practice because of the shoulder. McVay did not provide a injury designation for Saturday but said he was hopeful. He also said that Noteboom would be at Right Tackle if Havenstein can not play.

Seriously though, I really like having Havenstein out there; and the continuity the Rams have had on the Offensive Line over the past month. Hope he can play.

This is where I question McVay. Raise your hand if you think McClendon is a better RT than Noteboom. McVay has done this time after time, sticking with clearly bad O-Lineman when better option on the bench.

McVay is not above reproach. He’s made his share of questionable calls, like starting Reeder over Speights for so long. I’d leave Edwards off of your list. He is better than those listed and is playing well for the Bills.

I don't like having to put Noteboom out there, but if he stays healthy, stop laughing, he is better than McClendon. Note has put a game or 2 together when we needed him in the past. McClendon is slower to react to pass rush moves and the only thing that saves him is the refs don't like to call holding on every play.
But you will probably get your wish, cause Note can't seem to even make it thru a game. He lasted 3 plays in the Detroit game before he tweaked his ankle and played like shit the rest of the first half till they took him out.
