Why is the league and the Rams not interested in Andre Carter II? He supposedly was rated high and we need a lot of OLB competition.

That's right...he wasn't drafted....wow. Someone will get him and develop his raw talent...but he really fell off to not get drafted at all.

Low-cut back with a muscular frame and an unpolished running style. Evans is ready to charge ahead and find the action on every snap, but he needs to run with better tempo and patience to allow his blocks to develop. He has sudden feet and good burst as both an inside and outside runner. He also has the contact balance to keep runs alive. His vision and feel for setting up blocks isn’t great, though. Evans’ lack of third down value and special teams experience will make it more challenging for him to earn a RB3 spot.

The only option on the roster at this moment is TuTu, but I would bet he's not going to be both our KR/PR guy. At leas I hope not. Puka doesn't have any return stats from college.

Actually Kyren Williams returned both kicks and punts at Notre Dame but is it ideal to have him doing that? We'll see who else is added as an UDFA and what happens in camp.
