I find this funny that it would be worth making a story out of. Jalen wears #5 for two seasons and what... the Rams are supposed to retire the number?
Numbers are meaningless to me.

A phrase from Taoism: A master does his work and moves on.

The number has nothing to do with being a master at your craft. What gets remembered by others is the actual play. The player could where any number and it won’t change the quality of play.

Would he actually be able to hold up after all of the hits?

Plus deciding to run when the defense is playing in pass coverage, compared to getting a hand off, finding the hole and running through a defense that’s ready to tackle you.
A little over stated LOL. But he has good size for a RB and elusive. He would get playing time. Might not be tough enough like you say.

If that helps tutu get 25 catches 420 yards and 2 TD’s I’ll be ecstatic.

Good luck John, you won a playoff game, and helped McVay realise we needed more from the QB in his system

He is an exceptional athlete. Wondered if Rams ever considered a Coradelle Patterson role for him.
I always thought he got overrated in that aspect. He was a good athlete for a QB but in reality he was more of a 4.6 guy and not the type of player you could convert to another position imo
