The one thing that McDaniels does have in common with Belichick is, he's a jerk and I wish McDaniels as much success in Las Vegas as he had in Denver.

I don’t know. The Rams organization has been first class with Teams & players.I just hope Karma with Sony Michael was the recourse.

I think a lot of Rams Fans forgot about what happened & how Demoff & Fisher helped NE.

Please stop hiring Patriots assistants

I have only one thing to say to Mark Davis, owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, who is reportedly considering a Patriots-inspired nucleus for his open general manager and head coach positions.

Please stop. Every single person who has ever thought of building their team in the image of the Patriots has regretted it within 24 months. By my count, hiring Patriots assistants has a success rate of 10 percent, and hiring Patriots front office members has a success rate of 5 percent, and hiring both has a success rate of … 0 percent? Mike Vrabel and Jon Robinson in Tennessee don’t count—Vrabel was never a Patriots coach.

So just stop, NFL owners. Stop, Mark Davis. This will never work.

Well maybe Teddy Bruschi & willie Mcgunist would be perfect hires.

Hush you :P He's doing a wonderful job. Honestly who knows how it works out. His first stint wasn't great but there are multiple coaches who'd done better after a first failure.

The fan groupthink on McDaniels is a bit over the top. He gives you an edge schematically just comes down to whether he is ready to run the whole thing.

Since that failure in Denver he has eaten some humble pie and done a lot of developing. I do think he will need a complementary GM but it may end up a good hire.

Flores with that defensive roster in New Orleans would be a nasty combo. I'd like to hear his offensive plan for the roster.

Without a doubt. Nawlins is gonna be the least favored job due to cap hell. But Loomis means solid support day one it isn't all bad.

I think Flores gets the NY job. But I like him in New Orleans, think he is a nice fit there.

According to that amazing chart showing actual cap space and restructable cap space, the Saints ain't as bad off as they look. They are in a position to jump right into the best cap space situation with a round of restructures...
