Nowhere mentioned that it could be more than a coincidence that right after Jerry Jones said he had to do some thinking about his coaching staff, Asshole Face is considering leaving the Saints.

Interesting that they'd move on from a defensive coach who supposedly wasn't invested in the QB, to another defensive coach. I figured they'd look to develop Tua with a QB guru. I wonder who he'd get as an OC.
I find this shocking actually, I realize that Joseph had coached their previously, however, with an overall record of 11-21 I'm shocked he's getting another chance, plus I expected the Dolphins to hire an offensive coach. I'll believe it when I see it, but going from Flores to Joseph IMHO is a downgrade.

Vance Joseph was a failure in Denver and has underwhelmed in Arizona. Only the Dolphins would fire a coach who was succeeding to hire a failed retread. Moronic organization.

I totally agree here, but the Dolphins seem to think unity is more important then winning.
It’s very odd to me that some owners seem to do such a horrible job hiring people to run their team.

From where I sit it doesn’t seem to be too difficult of a concept. At the very least a little observation of what works for successful teams should give them a clue. Observing traits of successful coaches and GMs should also give them an idea of how to succeed.

I know some teams have to lose but the system is set up for every team to have a chance to be competitive over time.

With no potential Drew Brees to fall into his lap, he wants out.

BTW, what's the over/under on how long Arians stays with the Bucs after Brady retires?
I think they’re both gone together whether it’s this year or next since Brady had one more year under contract.
