CA is also a state where SA/rape is a crime against the state. Why is that good? Because the victim does not need to be present in the courtroom, can testify via deposition where accused is not present and there is no benefit to messing with the victim or paying them off like Greg Hardy did.

This isn’t some he said/she said… there’s obviously evidence

It takes a LOT of evidence for detectives to get involved enough to set up a phone call to the accused… that says a lot

At the same time the investigation took a year and the DA has had the case for a bit with no charges filed.

For his part, Wagner said after the game he jumped in to help security for safety reasons.

"You don't know what that fan got or what they're doing," the star linebacker said.

Wagner has not been arrested or charged with any crime.

What a joke! This will get thrown out faster than a soiled diaper. Fan was trespassing, did not peacefully protest, player and fan safety issues, self defense, etc.

Wagner and the rams should sue him for mental distress, anxiety, attempted harm, trespassing, etc.

Not to mention financial damages for losing this game due to him causing them to be unable to perform properly as a result of his actions causing them said mental distress, anxiety, etc.

Nope. He purposefully pushed a photographer to the ground that dared cross his path as he prepared to enter the locker room tunnel. I guess he kicked his dog and yelled at his kids when he got home.

That might change in the wake of a class-action lawsuit brought against bankrupt trading platform FTX this week, which named Brady and a handful of other athlete/entertainer “brand ambassadors” (including Bündchen) as defendants. All of them accused in the lawsuit as having played a part in an alleged fraud “[t]o raise funds and drive American consumers to invest in the [securities] … pouring billions of dollars into the deceptive FTX platform to keep the whole scheme afloat.”
