Plus like they're saying, he's got a clean bill of health which is huge this year. So many of the DL/Edge guys have injury issues.

Or they're sushi raw like Smith, Oweh, and Rousseau - and I can even see the latter two go in the first round based on measurables.

If the Whiners really did offer the #3 overall plus others for Rodgers frankly I think Green Bay would be stupid to pass that up. AR has one maybe two years left and seems to be content with moving on with his life post football now. If GB thinks highly of Love they could draft Pitts to pair with the other weapons on that offense... or trade down a little and still pick up some great players. I don't want to see the Whiners end up with Rodgers but from a non-fan of either team point of view it makes a lot of sense for GB.
.Agreed. GB is dumb not to at least have a conversation about it.

Hell, they have their "supposed" QB of the future in-house already and could take another one with that 3rd pick plus get a NFL-caliber starter in Garrapolo and other picks.

Rumor out there that Rodgers' team list is SF, Denver, and Vegas. If that is true move him to an AFC team so he's not in your way in the playoffs. There is no way I'd want that dude in my conference if I moved him.

If he was younger I'd say for sure but definitely some variables to weight there for GB. Trade him to a conference rival who will likely be a super bowl contender with trade that immediate year but possibly not after this year but get a #3 or trade him to Broncos for #9 and never have to see his face again. Raiders first rounder is too far down for my worthwhile. Ask Broncos to sweeten the pot a little to try and get close to #3 value and I make a deal. Trading to Whiners would possibly be best long term but if they ran into AR in the playoffs you know he's destroying them without remorse.

I wouldn't want any of those three QBs in place of Rodgers. The guy might play 5 more years and rub your nose in it. He's the best QB in this league.

9ers rolled the dice with that trade up. If they can pry Rodgers out of Green Bay it would be a huge win for them. No way I'd be the guy to throw them that lifeline only to watch Rodgers in Shanny's offense whooping your ass in the playoffs for the foreseeable future. I feel physically sick just thinking about it.

Draft doesn't start until tomorrow as far as i am concerned.

I can only look forward to watching the Eagles screw things up.

Was that Desmond Howard?

He is pretty good on TV.

I would go with the TE Pitts if I were Atlanta.
I've heard Pitts is like the "Andrew Luck" of Tight Ends...once in a generation type player. Atlanta definitely has to taken him!

Rodger Goodell walks on stage: "BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Rodger: "The NFL draft is officially open. The Jacksonville Jaguars are on the clock."

"YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHH BBBAAAABBBBYYYYYYY WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! NFL OMGZ!!!!!!"

As is tradition.
