That's the problem, so many clearly can't make good decisions.

Yes he got in a fight with somebody in a bar and charges were never pressed but a bystander claimed he used a racial slur to I believe the middle eastern person he fought which was never substantiated and charges were dropped.

Kind of a totally different lane. The Raiders are on the front lines of fighting racism and misogyny. The league is trying to follow suit. Gruden clearly does not fit with the movement.
