I wonder how much they would give up? 3 first and 2nd rounders is crazy high.
"That's too fuckin high!!"

I was so surprised that he was released.

He has been a stud for the Jets
It was weird because he did well for us the year prior too. Had a good year as a rookie, then got released the next off season and now he's doing well again. Oh well.

Mod warning:
There will be NO virtue signaling here on this board in relation to Watson and football. Go to Twitter for that stuff, or one of any other gazillion open forums available to those who want to go there to express.

Everyone here knows why his trade value is in question. Keep it about football. Thanks.

I was also surprised when the Rams released him but I don't know about calling John Franklin-Myers 'a stud' with the Jets.

After getting picked-up off waivers in 2019 he did not play for a month, then was injured. Last year he was a rotational reserve and had some good moments on a two-win team.

I think he's expected to make the roster this year but continue to fill a reserve role.

Right now, he's a back-up on a bad team.

Remember Roethlisberger's suspension after being accused of rape? You're exactly right. That's why I said a couple years ago when the Chiefs released Kareem Hunt that we should have claimed him, taken the PR hit, waited out his suspension, and then counted on people not to care after a brief period of time. What do you know? Nobody cares anymore about Hunt.
Pitt was so upset that they offered him to the Rams for a third round pick, but the Rams were set on taking Sam Bradford.

Roethlisberger got married and it all sort of faded… which is gross to me. But yeah, memories are short for some things…unfortunately. I mean, the public statute of limitations on beating pregnant girlfriends is disgustingly short…

Edit: didn’t see the mod note.

My understanding was that Pitt offered Roethlisberger (and maybe their first?) for Bradford.

They have no one at WR lol

That roster is so bad other than the OL.

Goff may be able to play well for the most part but his receivers won't be able to get open at all. In addition, I don't believe in any of their RBs especially since they will play close to the line of scrimmage since Detroits WR won't get open.

So 5-12 will be the best that Detroit can get imho.

Well, one thing is for sure.
If Goff can look good playing in that mess, he will for sure legitimize himself as a high level QB
