Seattle should’ve taken the offer. Not like they’ll get a better one.

Only problem is trading Wilson leaves like $35M in dead cap $. Plus the Bears have pick 20 so who would Seattle have at QB? All the top prospects will be gone by 20. Then the next two 1st rounders would be even lower picks because Russell would turn them into a very good team. It was a good offer, but I think if the Bears had a top 10 pick this year they would've accepted and just drafted their next QB.

The Seahawks could always trade up for a quarterback; hell, that’s what the Chiefs did with Mahomes, what we did with Goff. A smart GM would’ve taken that offer, knowing that Wilson is unhappy.

They did run it up the middle last year but against mullens the defense scored on a strip fumble and were ahead 20 to 17 with 3 minutes left despite goff losing a fumble, throwing for only 198 yards, no td, and 2 picks. The worst part about losing the last 4 to the niners is we were ahead in the 4th in 2 of those games and should have won at least 2 of those games.

goff in those 4 games, averaged 199 yards a game with 1 td and 1 int per game including 2 pick 6's in games that were decided by 3 points. Oh and a couple of lost fumbles.

I don't see the rams losing to the niners this year.
Goff was our Jimmy G String and needed to go. He was beginning to suck. Only a matter of time before he starts to swallow as well.

True, but what would compound the situation of losing Wilson is then wasting two 1st round picks to trade up and draft a guy that just might be the next Paxton Lynch.

You better be real sure that the guy you can get in a trade up is a stud.

If you move up for Lance or Fields, they better be the guy.
