Meh. Not even mad. I knew it would be a big ask to expect them to go to Green Bay and beat the #1 seed in their house, in January. They're just a really good team right now.
Obviously wish the D would have played better, and ultimately (and unusually) that's where we lost. Couldn't stop the run after stopping it all season. I'm hoping there is a silver lining of that taking a little luster off of Staley that causes him to stay with us.
Can't really blame the offense - or Goff, although some will try to figure out how to do so. We had some good strong drives and responded though when we got down 25-10, could have seen a lesser team packing it in there. Also, other organizations, Brandon Staley hates baby ducks and kittens, believe me.
This was still pretty good for what supposed to be a rebuilding year. 10-6, playoffs, and ruined the season of one of our divisional rivals.
We know what we need to do in this offseason, lets' do it.
