1. The Rams will repeat as Super Bowl champions. There, I said it.

2. Between now and then, the Rams will make an "all in" move that will make other fan bases cringe. Probably, as last year, for a pass rusher.

3. OBJ will be back, and he'll be a factor in the playoffs.

4. Aaron Donald will sign a mega-extension.

5. So will Cooper Kupp, though people will look at his deal and assert that it's "team friendly."

6. Bobby Wagner and Ernest Jones will combine for 250+ tackles.

7. Kyren Williams will have a higher snap count for the year than Darrell Henderson.

8. Tutu Atwell will make the team, contribute some highlight plays, but still disappoint from an overall production standpoint.

9. Taylor Rapp will see his role diminish as he nears the end of his rookie deal, with rookie Quentin Lake becoming part of the rotation.

10. Tom Brady will show his age, while Matt Ryan will find the fountain of youth.

11. Kyler Murray will continue to be viewed as disgruntled, and the Cardinals will fall out of the playoff race by November.

12. Trey Lance will struggle, both on the field and staying healthy.

13. The Broncos won't live up to their hype.

14. The Browns will continue to underperform.

15. Offensive Rookie of the Year: Treylon Burks, Titans

16. Defensive Rookie of the Year: Kyle Hamilton, Ravens

17. Matthew Stafford will cut down significantly on interceptions.

18. Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson will combine for 20+ TD receptions.

19. I haven't decided who the Rams will beat in the Super Bowl, yet. I've narrowed it down to Buffalo, Indianapolis, or Kansas City. I'll decide around training camp!

20. After winning it all again, Sean McVay will again be asked about retirement/moving on to TV. He'll make us nervous for a while, but then he'll stay.

Yo, that's a pretty realistic list you got their. Lets hope we can get something out of Tutu. I could even see Rapp being a surprise cut in August.

8. If he remains healthy. I like his talent. I just don't like his twiggy legs and scrawny shoulders.

Bulk up dude - bulk up.

I think the Broncos will be a very good team.
They look great on paper, i.e. the talent is there on the roster. But I gotta agree with Avenger here, I don't know that they hit on the coach hire so we'll see.

I expect the AFC West to finish out as KC>Vegas/LA with all three making the playoffs and both the Raiders and Chargers being wildcard level teams. But then again Wilson has never missed the playoffs so maybe he puts that team on his back.

My Super Bowl pick for the AFC is Cincinnati. They're a better team this year than they were last year with that OL overhaul. The media are going to fall all over themselves trying to find this year's Joe Burrow (we've already seen that too with Peter King going Chargers in his rankings) but when the Super Bowl comes around it's going to be Joe Burrow in the role again.

Losing to us again....I can dig it!

I put more stock in SB hang over for the losing team. Plus while they got hot in the playoffs. Their division was way down. Their division is stronger and the AFC as a whole is tougher. I say they might sniff the wild card round, but I think they miss the playoffs.

Im not going to underestimate Herbert. The guy is the real deal, but the Chargers also look great on paper. We'll see how it works out.

That division is going to be fun to watch, but I still think Denver can take the top seed the the AFCW.

Fair enough. But I think Burrow is better than Herbert. And he's got weapons and a better line (than what he had last year) and a better defense. Chargers gave up 27 ppg last year.

I appreciate what Von Miller brought to the Rams defense last year especially during the playoffs. However I feel strongly that there are many NFL players that can achieve similar success off the Edge with the Rams. I’m hopeful that includes someone currently on the Rams roster but if not I am confident McSnead will find someone. This Rams defense with their stellar DL and now a stout ILB corp should be something special this year.

#1 is really the only one that matters, right?
It’s gonna be harder than ever and requires a new strategy that the Rams inadvertently stumbled upon last season. It’s a marathon and unless you get the only 1rst round bye, you’re playing 21 games! Looks like half the team is still sore!

RB by committee, mid/late season acquisitions, depth and youth are all necessary. If you want a fresh, healthy AD when it matters, those young guys on the DL who didn’t play much last season HAVE to this year. No need to squabble about which RB will #1 and who will be #2–they’re all gonna get their opportunities to wrest the job away from each other. Finding a star on a team that has cashed out 2/3 of the way will again be important.

Injuries. There’s really no way to get away from them in a 21 game season. EVERYONE will have to play at some point.

This is why I’m not thinking too much about who might be traded just yet, I think that conversation will be around all season. Depending on our needs, who’s balling, who’s struggling, and who’s available will determine who we go after.

An all L.A. Super Bowl is my wish, ... and the Rams top the Chargers by a TD.

I always have thought that while Miller made some huge plays at the right times, he also seemed to take plays off or even lack hustle on plays as well. I'm thinking he's not going to be worth that contract sooner rather than later.

I want them to lose during the season - at least 8-9, maybe worse. I want the Rams to be insanely more popular, and eventually I want the Chargers to give up and move away.

I don't need the Chargers to be a terrible team to want them out of SoFi, ... Spanos can't last long with his family lawsuits & financial situation, so I'd like to see Amazon's Jeff Bezos (who reportedly wants an NFL team) eventually purchase them, move them back to San Diego, and build another outstanding multi-billion dollar stadium on the West Coast. jmo.
