What’s the deal?

Wondering. Would you go as far as saying Goff is a top 10 QB?

LOL I could care less what talking heads think and where they rank Goff. He's good enough to get this team to the Super Bowl and good enough to win it. Just remember it was very recently these same talking heads ranked Wentz over Goff. Now Carson's viability as a continued franchise QB in Philly is in legitimate question. That said every QB runs into rough spots in their career. People were downgrading Goff last year even though he single-handedly carried this team to a winning record without an o-line, running game and a suspect defense that couldn't hold a lead. IMO his performance last year was perhaps his best year. Forget stats, it's how the QB carries himself when things are bad. He never pointed fingers, he never complained, he did what a good leader does, he shouldered the burden of those losses like a leader and a man. That showed me rare strength of character, and it wasn't lost on his teammates. That is why he is the unquestioned leader of this team.

Now add in his unquestioned talent and you have a legit franchise level player. WTF more can a team or fans want? Goff has earned my respect and admiration for his leadership and personal strength.

Scoring The Game LOSING TD

View attachment 40454

Here are my thoughts on this...

The anonymous Ram staff member who said that Gurley can no longer put his foot in the dirt and change direction at all... well that seems to be completely confirmed on that play.

Or worse... He just doesn't give enough of a fuck to care one bit about winning or losing anymore. Remember, it's been confirmed that everyone was told NOT TO SCORE A TD right before the play happened.

What a mess that was. It's really hard to believe almost. I gotta say... I loved him as a Ram, but I'm happy he's gone now.

He looked like he legitimately tried to stop short of the end zone, but just couldn't do it. That leads me to believe that your first theory is the correct one.

However, I think it's pathetic that a team has so little confidence in its defense that scoring a TD is somehow a bad thing.

Week 7 Stats

liked the Defense but more with the Offense as a whole against a top Defense. Brown and Henderson looked really good. That’s bad for Akers touches. Still felt like a Reynolds show case for a possible trade game (I am likely 98% wrong).

Would love this road win to get to the buy at 6-2. The second half schedule is going to be tough. 4-4 would be a solid 10-6 IMO

Johnny Mundt once again steps up vs. Bears

Can't blame Mundt for that play. That was a really bad play call on McVay's part. Robert Quinn basically has one move that has served him well his entire career and that's get off the ball fast and around the outside blocker and give no fuckall to anything else that happens on the play. So we ran right where Quinn spends 90% of his snaps at regardless of who is blocking him? Oh well, McVay should have known better being he used to be his coach. But nobody is perfect and McVay didn't cause Woods to not have the ball secure.
That's what I was trying to imply when I was talking about their weight.
That's not a matchup that we should be using

Bad news for the rest of the NFL

In order to get in we absolutely have to beat Arizona twice. I would love to get Seattle twice too, but if we only get a win over them once we need to beat Arizona twice. They are just as good as we are with us having a slight edge at QB and a decent edge defensively. But Kyler Murray is a play maker, and while playmakers can at times result in more costly turnovers; they can also sway the game in their favor with the use of their legs. I'm worrier, like legit worried but if we beat Miami I'll be a little bit more confident but not by much.

Kyler Murray is not a passer, so that play making ability scares me no more than the way that Russell Wilson has routinely been handled by the Rams of recent past.

With that said, you are absolutely right about beating AZ twice...has to be done.

Snap Counts vs. CHI

ER Polite last four games snap percentages.....7%/ 9%/ 12%/ last night his snaps went up dramatically with 24%.Staley uses JP most of the time in the 4 player DL with two DT's & 2 ER's.

Fact is both young ER's Polite & Lewis are trending up in Staley defense in their game snaps counts. Ebukam's snaps went down after the 9er game. After last night's performance, I would think that The main 4 ER/OLB'ers will be Floyd/ Lewis/ Hollis/ Polite. With Ebukam losing snaps dramatically as the season moves on. Lewis had 12% snap percentage against the 9ers & last night he had 32%
Correct! DL'er Morgan Fox snaps over the last 4 gms.....40% / 41% / 38% & against da Bears 51%. Brockers snaps fell from a high 82% against the 9ers to a low 51%.

I would say that GG made big bangs from a little utilization.

Let’s see what next weeks brings? Tua vs our old 7th rd draft pick from Harvard.Think he got a raw ending as the starter after winning 2 in a row.

Staley seemed to mix his coverages up,can’t really understand the missing CB? -Troy Hill sure is starting to get more comfortable inside.Just shows his versatility as a DB.

Hendo!

I'll hold my hands up and say that I don't follow college football, therefore, I'm not familiar with most of the players coming through.
A lot raved about him last season, yet I wasn't impressed.

I'm a believer now though.
The kid hits hard.
I hope we continue with Brown and Hendo, and Akers in rotation.
It's working.

U.S. Marshals say they found 39 missing children in Georgia

I don't know what the conversation has been but from experience the public workers union that social workers fall under and most definitely the police union do and are capable of covering up for people who don't, in some individual cases please understand this isn't a blanket all apples are bad statement, deserve to keep their jobs. I was raised by a father in a very good union. And in my adult work life I've yet to find another union that was fair to all sides aside from his.
I'm glad to hear your dad had the 1 and only union that had the best you could find and that was WHAT Union..........

Like any of US here who know all Unions.......
