He is a good low-cost backup that knows the system and can hold up in the passing game

Looked it up and #63 was indeed Jacob Bell, nice job. Can't see the number on the other guy though, so who knowsIm going Jacob Bell and Adam Goldberg in 09.
uhhhhhh…….ok??2nd drive
1.LDT/DE -puts head down,SJD makes play.
2.RDt/DE. Run on right side .3-1.nothing
3.nothing. Ran r,.ight at him 1st dwn. Can’t even give true effort.
4.play action,.protecting run,but you could say got held.SJD putting pressure on.AD was playing NT/LDT.
My point is mute -/Aaron Donald is an amazing player, and as of now a 1st. Ballot HOF player.Just not big on excuses.
Robert Quinn had 1 season where I thought he was going to be one of the Best DE edge rushers ever.He got injured & somethings in his Life went down ?? He takes a Stance against The USA & his sister ate crap on a hurdle so she didn’t make it to the Olympics.
He has always been a class player & a solid Ram player.I personally think chewing tobacco is not a thing I like in NFL players.Quinn & Goff are gone.I liked what Michael Brockers did in a Rams uniform & hope there teams beat Green Bay in 2021.
Aaron Donald works so hard & looking to enjoy his leadership. Floyd is showing ownership on Defense .
Matthew Stafford is a Player I respect & glad is a Ram as well.
RAMSey over JJ leading the DB’s.
—Holding calls is another thing.I think the rule of thumb as a Offensive Lineman is as long as your hands are kept inside your body it’s okay.Just as long as you let go without being obsessive.-I actually like the way holding is called or not called.
—I hate when a DE/OLB/DT ?? Whoever beats the OLman & the hands/arms come around the player.
An example is a 6’6 310 guy on the outside vs a 258 guy. There arms & weight just make it unfair when they get beat. That is why having a guy like Stafford vs. Goff will make a difference. Stepping up & around the pass rush while seeing the field should make a huge difference.
I look at Havenstien as an example of using his arms & size without holding. In basketball there is a physical thing of bigs vs smalls & what is a foul/violation? IMO AD does not get held all the time.He does get his calls on average.
I’d say AD gets double teamed & account for WAY more than Quinn. With Quinn you could always put a RB & step up as a QB or screen ? Block him or run at him.He was not a good run defender.
Yeah, well I meant Stafford. But you are right, Stafford will outplay him.yeah, i heard that Stanford is a pretty tough SOB...
but i'm betting stafford outplays him and wins the job..
jk...
go rams

Unfortunately Laws always have loop holes or ways tactful attorneys find ways around.I know in PA it takes a lot of checking to land a charge. Children and Youth have many hoops to jump
They are just the team too hate on. I’m shocked they didn’t rank Trevor Lawrence higher than Stafford.Just what I thought. Top 4 roster with a top head coach yet they go 10-7? Who were the panel of writers? Let me guess. Of 7 writers three were from Seattle, Arizona, and San Francisco.
Didnt those coaches get fired? I know Reid did. Green did. Not sure about Holmgren. He wouldn't have to bounce around the league, he only has to go to another position he finds desirable. Mike Holmgren did it. Andy Reid had nine winning seasons in Philly, but his last two years were 8-8, 4-12 and he was off to KC. Dennis Green, eight playoff appearances with the Vikings, but how many losing seasons did it take for him to move on to broadcasting? One.
Coaches don't lead their teams through thick and thin anymore, like Tom Landry or Chuck Noll did. It's a pattern that plays itself out over and over. Either they're tasked with leading a rebuild, add some talented players to their roster but not enough. Unable to get over the hill and fired after two or three seasons. Or the other, come to a team that's ready to win, inherit a talented roster and add the finishing pieces in the first two or three seasons. They have their run of success, but eventually their talented players age and move on. They have trouble recapturing the success they had early, the roster thins out, the losing begins and they are fired, retire, move to broadcasting or another team.
Even if McVay has 20 years of coaching ahead of him, it's highly unlikely it would all be for one team. He'll be the Rams coach as long as he can turn out winning seasons, but once his talented core ages, the roster thins, and the front office is no longer bringing him the calibre of players he once had, that's when considering other options comes into play. He doesn't need to stick around as his relationships inside the organization grow tense and the local media and fanbase slowly turn on him. Winning only buys a coach so much goodwill, and it gets used up quickly.
You want to know why McVay is feeling pressure, it's because his time to win is now, and that's why they jettisoned a QB they had four winning seasons with; Stafford is to get them over the hump, while the Rams talented core is in place.
If they lose more than 1 game i'd be shocked, they are on fireWell now they are up 2-0 on the Bucks…it just keeps going well for them.
I would hope that while McVay is familiar with Morris and likes his coaching style, Morris would have to agree to not fix what isn't broken. A tweak here and there, but only as needed. My take is McVay is big on coaching his players up. Making sure they are well versed in the concepts and having guys play disciplined. That is what we need from Morris. If that is Morris than we shouldn't see much of a drop in the D.I expect Morris to keep the same concepts on defense that Staley used. It worked so well that why not build on top of it this year. One thing that I understand Staley did last year is he would disguise the coverages. Morris has a strong background as a DB coach which plays well in understanding how Staley's defense worked. Offenses always try to catch up on defenses and vice-a-versa. Morris can add some twists to the defense to keep the offenses from anticipating tendencies.
Should Stafford play as expected the Rams offense will help the Rams defense by scoring earlier and more often. I expect another strong defensive showing this year from the Rams. I expect Morris to continue trying to stop the run as that has been the Rams Achilles heal in the recent past. The Rams are in a position to replace the lost players from last year's defense including JJ, Hill, Brockers, and Fox.
So far the Rams players seem to enjoy Morris's coaching style. It's reported that he is personable. easy going to a point but, stern in getting his message across. The biggest endorsement is from McVay himself. Having coached together in the past on two occasions it's safe to say McVay knows what he is getting from Morris. Having a great rapport with Morris may allow McVay could lead to a collaboration between the two. Either way, look for the Rams defense to pick up where they left off last year. They should remain in the top tier of NFL defenses.
Actually I went with Murray because I felt strongly that Cam Akers was the best RB in the division and the others are not even close IMHO.Seriously? Any QB not named Stafford on that list is gross...
