The Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams today launched a year-round virtual venue to provide innovative opportunities for fans, corporate partners and other stakeholders to engage with the team. The Virtual Rams House, the first virtual venue in the sports industry, was built by 6Connex, a leading provider of event technology platforms worldwide.

The virtual environment will be the setting for the Rams first End of the Season Summit, an event which will feature Rams executives recapping the previous season and discussing offseason plans and expectations for the upcoming 2022 season.


The Virtual Rams House allows fans to connect with each other via community chats on gamedays and beyond, and debate on discussion boards. Rams Season Ticket Members will be able to connect specifically with other Members in their seating section, creating communities within the community.

The nflpa only care about vets and them making money. No way they're gonna agree to anything that risks them losing money. That means free agency will always come before the draft. Can't have teams filling needs with rookies then passing on free agents or giving low ball offers.

I agree and disagree at the same time. The NFLPA doesnt give 2 shits about the vets, they just use them as pawns. They only care about their top 10%-ers who suck up all the salary cap space. Its all about money. Stretching out the post season. The draft is THE off season event, and they need to space it from the SB so they can build up the interest level.
Of course it makes much more sense to have the draft before free agency, but its not about sense, its about dollars and cents

That was John Stallworth on the SI. As for Hal, he made plays in big games. Remember the play in the 74 NFC title game when Harris escaped the blitz and hit #29 around midfield with Jackson taking it to the 2 yard line. Then Alan Page jumped offside and conned the gutless zebras into penalizing Tom Mack leading to Harris throwing a pick in the end zone on a tipped ball. Still, Jackson scored later in the game to give the RAMS hope before Bud Grant ran his 15 man defensive huddle to help scuttle any 4th quarter heroics by LA in the 14-10 loss. Then, in the 1976 NFC title game, Harold caught the TD pass that brought the RAMS within 17-13 but they came up short again in another snake bit loss.

It goes back to scheme fit. Stafford had to be reigned in to take what was given instead of waiting for the deep shot that might never be there. His reads are deep to short.

Jared is more of a conventional QB in the sense he's going to naturally look mid to deep and know where his dump-off is short. People say Goff's arm isn't good enough for the deep strike offense. Yet after watching Stafford now and when he was younger its clear his arm isn't what it used to be. Look how many of his throws are badly underthrown. IMO Stafford misses about as many deep throws as Goff. Most of Stafford's big plays have come off of YAC.

Myths go both ways. The only point I'm making is scheme fit. McVay used to hold Goff in the huddle until there were 15 seconds left. Yet he complained that Goff needed to read the defenses. But how can he with no time? Look at all the delay of game penalties and the wasted time out because of it. That's 100% on McVay. He doesn't do that with Stafford. He just calls the play and Stafford has time to read the D at the LOS. In Detroit Campbell isn't in Goff's ear until the last second. So Goff will grow with experience. Goff cut his INTs down because under McVay the sideline called the defensive reads, but DCs would shift to something else entirely during the last 10 seconds so what Goff saw wasn't what the sideline read. McVay never trusted Goff because he wasn't "his" QB, while Stafford is.

After watching both QBs it's clear that both are better scheme fits in their new offenses. Win-Win in my book. With both QBs now having a full year in their new offenses it will be interesting to watch how they fare this year. I expect both to take a step up as both will be thinking less and playing faster.

The NFCW is the Rams' to lose. The NFCN IMO will be a 3-way fight between the Vikes, Lions, and Packers who I think have fallen back to the pack.

I’m not an advocate of drafting RB’s high ever again. Just not the smart position to invest a 1st or a 2nd (assuming we ever have one of those things again, lol).

When looking at the evals of RB’s in the 4-6th round I doubt that there’s all that much difference in their respective ratings. We’re talking hair-splitting differences. So why not take advantage of the RB value in the later rounds but do so each year?

5 younger Rams players who could take a leap forward in 2022

I see it two ways.
1) The Rams do make a trade for Hunter and go with what the have in the secondary.
2) The Rams get a guy like Gilmore and look to have their young guys make plays while Ramsey & Gilmore limit passing options.

Either is fine with me. I do think a Hunter signing puts AD in position to earn his 4th DPOY. IMO this is a quiet goal for AD, it’s on his mind. He would own the record and GOAT title alone.
