Yeah I think Irsay's mind is like a bowl of oatmeal nowadays. That team isn't going to win shit until they get a new owner. I get why he's popular with their fans but his decision making is terrible and when you have a meddling owner with poor logic that is hard for your people to overcome.

Not quite, Ryan got a shoulder separation and is out for the year
He was quite awful prior to that tho
 
I may have to make special time to witness the disintegration of the Colts under Coach Saturday. Should be very entertaining.
