Who is the Face of the Rams?

Who would you say is the face of the franchise? They all make good cases, but I would have to say Gurley right now.

Donald is the best athlete, some would say? Agree. But offense trumps defense.

Arguably Johnny Hekker is the most dominant player on the team at what he does. But would we call him “the face of the franchise”? No. He is a punter.

So too, a dominant offensive player trumps a dominant defensive player. Even Aaron Donald.

Now, if Gurley had a year like 2016? Then I would go Donald.

Tough, tough question. I'd have to go with McVay as well. Who's the face of the Pat's? Belichick or Brady?
 
How about this?

Mcvay is preaching a WE not ME mentality.

Sure 'stardom' plays into being a face of the franchise.

Potential longevity also plays into it.

WE (like a family) puts us with these players/coaches.

Mcvay, Pleasant (I hope), Donald, Goff, Gurley, Peters?

Potentially Woods, Cooks, and Kupp as a household group for a few years.

The face is WE, which ultimately goes to Mcvay is the face.

I go with Goff.

A billboard with Gurley hurdling a defender would be the best ad on the freeway.

How about Brokers Donald and Suh like Mt Rushmore with uniform tops?

Who is the face of the Pats? The 1st guy you initially might assune would be Brady, but when you really think about it, I think Belichick is. That will be the case here as well.

Right now it's Todd Gurley. He's the one making rounds and in non-football appearances. In the future once Aaron Donad signs long term it will be him.

Also, Taylor Bisciotti???!!! Damn!

I did say Donald....IF we did not have such a stud in Gurley at running back. Only because offense overshadows defense. Donald is amazing.
