Which 2025 draftee would you trade up for, if any? Why or why not?

I would be ok with a trade up for Jeanty or Hunter, or Carter, or Membou or Warren.
Best RB, best CB/WR, best ED, best OL, best TE - with the goal being to win the Super Bowl this year.
I think these players would improve the SB chances more than any other 2025 draftees.

With no trade up, I would be ok taking Henderson, Hampton, Loveland, Zabel, Barron, Skattebo, Emmanwori, Revel, Campbell, Higgins, Egbuka at 26.
Others of course, if they happen to fall for whatever reasons - McMillan, Burden, Graham, etc

The idea is to win the Super Bowl this year.

Rams should pick players that move them toward that goal #1 and improve them for the future secondly/as well.

I agree with those that say don't take a QB at 26 as it doesn't make the team much better this year - doesn't move them closer to SB win.

I can see them moving up for Warren. They tried hard for Bowers last year, and they certainly aren't better off overall at tight end now that we've seen what Parkinson can (can't) do.

I'd be fine trading up for Warren. I don't think it would be the greatest move unless it didn't cost much, but I could understand wanting to get an elite tight end to pair with what should be a lethal and potent group of offensive weapons.

I'd hate trading up for anyone else, but really, the main player I wouldn't be fine trading up for is Jeanty. I'm sorry, I don't see the hype with him. I don't even think he's the best running back in this class (Hampton takes that title for me - and I'm not even that sure Jeanty's that much better than Johnson, Judkins, or Henderson that you trade up for him rather than back into the second for them.), and it would feel like a colossal waste of resources.

There is no one in this draft worth trading up for, IMO.
At least not in the 1st round.

Nor do I believe that one rookie drafted so late in the 1st round is going to make that significant a difference as to whether or not this team reaches it's ultimate goal in 2025.

Maybe Warren if the cost wasn’t too high. I don’t knew w of any other player or position that makes a big impact. Maybe Hunter but that’s top 5.

I think Warren would give them more versatility at tight end. He can run, pass, catch, has YAC ability, etc…. But it’s likely to cost a lot to move up from 26.

Whoever they feel is worth trading up for. I’m guessing that if they trade up for anyone, that player will make an impact as a rookie.

I would say we go for it and try to hit that super bowl title this season. The window won't stay wide open for long. Even at QB, the Rams can probably get Garappolo to stay another year or two as a bridge QB if needed. Jimmy G resigned because he likes the culture and attitude of the team. Get the studs the Rams need to win it all this season. This team has talent so a few key players can take us over the top. Find them!

Adams was a nice add. Tutu? We’ll see.

FA has been successful to fill needs and add depth elsewhere but i still strongly believe that our skill guys are lacking in explosion. As of today I still don’t see much “he can score from anywhere” guys here.

It’s possible that the Rams hit on these qualities on day two or three of this draft but not likely.

I would have zero issues with going up to grab a true difference maker.

We have a two year window with Stafford (maybe just one year) ….and a pretty good roster overall. We’re close.

F them picks should be in play if the opportunity is there. Some of our more conservative members and draft pick hoarders will scold me im sure. I know what this offense needs. Trust me.

As someone who doesn’t pay attention to college and only sees highlights, can you explain why? Jeanty seemed to be taking it the distance every single carry. He looks strong, fast and has the ability to carry the load. Was it competition?

I'd take a Super Bowl this season and have no first next year.

There are so many franchises that have never won a Super Bowl, and plenty more, like the 9ers, haven't for decades, even though they have had good teams.

It would suck to have no decent QB because if we won it all, surely Stafford would retire. But I'd roll the dice.

He is small. Looked overmatched against better competition in the playoffs.

This is a deep TE & RB draft class FULL of weapons. Score from anywhere guys. Egbuka is talented but there are even more explosive players at WR that will be drafted after him.

For F them picks to really be in play the goal should be to deal #26 for a veteran talent like in the past. Most rookies simply don't make the immediate impact that most seem to be expecting. Besides, McVay still would have to fully utilize and feature them (taking snaps away veterans already on the roster) to make any trade up worthwhile.
