When will we see more of these new McVay “wrinkles”, anyway?

Probably not vs Seahawks. Should be no need.

Broncos? They’re just 2-2 as we speak. So maybe, or maybe not.

Niners? Absolutely no need for it.

Packers? They’re 2-1-1 as of today. Could go either direction by then. I’d say maybe a wrinkle or 2 vs Packers, depending on which direction they’re headed at that time.

Saints? Definitely more wrinkles will be in the arsenal for those guys.

That’s okay. It’s plenty of fun to watch the Rams beating teams with their current playbook. Pray for minimal future injuries, y’all.

I thought the constant threat of the jet sweep was one of the wrinkles...?

They seem to run that twice as often as last year, IMHO.

2 TE sets. Someone on here posted earlier that McVay was mentioning getting Everett more involved starting this week.

I expect to see something new every week. As this team is going to line up and attack your weakness. If you think leaving Barr on the field to stop Gurley is the right thing to do we'll get Barr lined up 1 on 1 vs. Woods, Kupp, Gurley.

I don't remember which offensive player said it but one said that Mcvay will sometimes draw up a play on the spot on the sideline as well.

Ya I too hoping we can start to use 12 personnel through out games on a weekly bases. Growing up I really enjoyed the skins O under Joe Gibbs.
And for the record I always been a Rams fan, just stating I loved me some Gibbs O during their glory days

I don't know if we will see a lot of new junk, until someone can stop our basic, we'll get you in a bad match up, and execute, until we thrash you offense.

How about Jumbo personnel and run down a defenses throat.

Why not some 12 personnel.

Nothing would surprise me with McVay. Right now things are clicking on all cylinders.

I'm still waiting for Goff doing RPO's lol...

Meh... I like execution.
I think we should have a sub forum of Rams-NFL talk called R43. The guy has tons of great stuff and idea's lets put it all in one spot and concentrate it so it doesn't get lost in pages :)

I'm waiting to see the delta sweep that Fouts was talking about when we played the chargers.

He went into a 3 tight end grouping last game. Then switched out of it and split them wide.
