Simple here and not really changing it up much.

Hot wings
Chili
Lil Smokies
Cheese Dip
This time though, I'm doing some stuffed Poblano peppers..

Since we playing the Cajuns I've kicked up the heat in everything to exceed any of theirs.. Reapers and Jays Ghost active for sure. They can't top us.. Nor do they want to... lol

Most is done and in Crock pans waiting to be heated up until later today. Cheese dip left to do. That said, I'll try and get some pics up. These Poblano's are awesome. Oh yeah.. Over a case of Mich Ultra and some Tito for shots when we score. it's a 1.75 bottle so hopefully have enough. lol

Post your menu if you wish. I can give my recipes, but if I do you'll slap your mother and say.... damn that's too simple.. lol Peace my friends.

I don't seem to share your culinary skills Dagonet unfortunately. So my limited ability will be cooking pasta with pancetta, courgette, red onion, mushroom in a tomato and chilli based sauce. All washed down with a glass of Robinsons Orange. The only dilemma I have is whether or not to pop out and get some treats to scoff during the game or not?

Hell get ya some lil smokies and put in a crock pot. There are your treats. No carbs like in chips. lol You can make your own sauce for them. I use a sweet baby rays bbq and buffalo sauce plus add much heat. :) My stuff is simple my friend. You sound more culinary than me brother. Regardless, have fun.

Good to see you around, Dag! I probably won't eat anything until after the game. I'll be too focused on the game and too nervous to eat anything. Stuffed poblano peppers are outstanding, and I love hot wings. Unfortunately, as I've gotten older, my stomach has turned to shit. Hot wings give me all sorts of trouble. I still love the suckers, so I eat them every once in awhile knowing the hell that the next day will be. Anyways, I'm digressing.

I will eat breakfast in a few minutes and not eat again until after the game and that is only if the Rams win. If they do not win I probable won't eat again until tomorrow, I'll be to depressed.

It's a snowy blustery day in the Upstate Northeast Region and Chicken Soup with Egg Noodles (No Yokes) with my award winning stock will be served today. Where I won an award in home ec class in middle school as I took the class to get closer to a young lady by the name of Cheryl Poberesky and she loved the soup, but liked my good friend Erick Emerick much more. (Erick played QB).

I've got 10 people coming over. I simply will not cook on Playoff Days... especially the NFC Championship.

So... I'm ordering a shit ton of BBQ from our local joint... Bubbalous Bodacious BBQ. Ribs, pulled pork, turkey, pulled chicken, and brisket. Lots of sides... beans, slaw, mac n cheese, corn bread, garlic bread, and the most important- COLLARD GREENS.

Tacos al pastor with the old school fixins: onions, cilantro, and also guacamole and sauteed pineapple for any dilettantes (like my wife )

Chips with salsa or guac

Beer, n Manzanita Sol (apple sodie pop)

will be making some deviled eggs (with a kick) and some turkey chilli nachos to munch on, but game day menu mainly consists of barley, hops yeast and water

What part of your pastor are the tacos made from?
