So how long does Staley last with the dead beats?
 
Can't figure out the Chargers. They have a good young quarterback. Plenty of talent on the roster. A defensive minded head coach. But at the end of the day, they don't seem to win as much as you would think they should.

Hard to tell, don't think anybody would say no but McVay has moved around people on the staff seemingly getting them ready to move up to DC. Going to be a very interesting off season when we get there.
