Anyone know what type of test is required ? I am vaccinated but my son is not. Can we buy one at the drug store do we have to go to the doctors office to get one ? Any help out there? -- the Fatboy
 
test required for what? proof of vaccination would be on your card...dates, brand name and location

I would suggest reaching out to someone in public service or the medical field rather than a football forum.
