Fran Tarkenton, 1978 - last game, playoff loss to the Rams
Roger Staubach, 1979 - last game, playoff loss to the Rams
and now ...
Tom Brady, 2021 - last game, playoff loss to the Rams.

It will never make up for the two Super Bowls we lost to him, especially the first one where cheating was involved, but it's a nice consolation and I'm happy it was our Rams that sent him out as a loser of his last game. Good riddance.

Overrated
He really wasn't, but it' s over now. Rooting against him was exhausting and it is one of the Reasons I always despised the Chargers becaue they always seems to lose games they should have won against him.

There have been rumors all season that Tom's wife has told him to retire after this year. Brady has nothing left to prove other than to be a good husband and father.

Now all the tears in Tampa. LOL They can return to mediocrity and Arians can retire as well. Look at their FAs, their list is longer than the Rams. It's going to be hard to keep that core together. Tampa will be in rebuild mode and IMO Arians won't want that at his age.

Lotsa folks on the Pewter Report simply refuse to believe it or are blaming Giselle for forcing him to retire.

They're a mess over there...

Yup. Dude left Belicheat and won a championship in his first year on a new team in the other conference. Meanwhile the Patriots are still scrambling. He's not the greatest passer, but the dude just won. I'm not making excuses for his success.

Well I am glad he did it now so we wouldn't have to hear about him the whole 2weeks instead of the Rams in the SB. Oh wait. It will probably be all we hear come monday. Dammit!

Don't forget - 2nd one involved cheating too

Belicheat was filming the sidelines during opponents games to see if he could pick up signals and other stuff.

Got caught by the Bungels in 2019.

And need proof? There is a video of Belicheat asking everyone where McVay was on a 4th down play in the superbowl.

Belicheat had determined from viewing the sidelines that McVay and Goff stood together when they were going to do a fake punt.
