Sounds like the terms are interchangeable depending on the individual perception. Nobody is right or wrong.

Nah it's just humorous to me. I mean one example was they don't like Tavon as a player so that's a roster hole :ROFLMAO:

LT have been hurt on just about every team regularly for 30 years and we don't have a pro bowler backing them up so that's a hole. It's just silly.
 
Sullivan could turn out to be a godsend. First of all, he's a proven Pro (unlike Groy).
Secondly he knows the offense and can help that o-line immensely from his position in the middle of the field.
Thirdly, we should get some very accurate line calls from him.
Forthly, he's only 31 and he's had a year to heal up properly any look good in that one game he did play in.

Groy, could have been a slight upgrade over Barnes but nothing was guaranteed.
Before we get too upset lets see if they can sign Sullivan.
