Gurley or Scherff post why you picked him

Gotta take the player in Gurley, all reports state it was a clean tear without any concerns post rehab football wise

I love Gurley's talent...and can probably get beyond his injury and take him high in this draft. Having said that.......

Unless/until we do something with our CURRENT Oline situation, I'm taking Scherff. We have 2 starters on our line right now. 2. (3 if I give you Jones/Rhaney at Center). That's a lot of holes still! Are you kidding me? And we're not even talking depth on our line.

At #10? If he's clean medically, I'd take Gurley. Otherwise, I'd take Schreff.

BTW, in time, Schreff will probably win this poll by a landslide due to team need.

Gurley! He could be the work horse that Fisher covets with speed to finish those big runs. He seems to be quite the special prospect and always remind myself we wouldn't be having the conversation of him being available without his injury. He could be the perfect RB for Fisher's team. He has more size than Stacy and is faster than Mason when healthy.

I picked Scherff. I'm just scared off knee injuries, though, if he checks out....I'd be sorely tempted.

A Gurley/Mason backfield would be sick.

One guy is coming off injury at a position where the Rams are strong. The other is ready to play now at a position where the Rams have immediate need.

It is a no brainer: Scherff.

Sherff.
Decent rbs can do some damage behind good olines.

I'm comfortable with Mason.
Gurley or Griffin would be nice at the right spot though.

Too much risk and too little value at the RB spot to take Gurley. If totally healthy and you knew that he would be the next AP then maybe... but he still can't block NFL defensive players by himself.

I would trade down and take Gurley preferably if I wanted him, but forced to pick at 10 I'd rather have Scherff.

I believe Gurley is the best RB to come since Peterson. .....at least pretty knee injury....but I agree the o-line need is too great....so Scherff would be my pick in scenario.....

Go Rams............. ;)

Question: we take Gurley and who blocks for him?

Answer: no one and he doesn't do jack because he has shit blockers.

Sherff, not because of need but because of a hybrid between a glaring need, value, talent, and upside. Dude more than likely is solid 10+ years and will do more with mason to block for in the whole scheme of things.
