They both have their merits:

Drums - More meat and less messy.

Flaps - Tastier due to higher fat content, holds sauce better, and less filling.

I used to order All Drums or cook just All Drums.

But after I got a parrot years ago... I noticed that he absolutely LOVES the bones from the flats. He cracks em open and eats the marrow. He'll crack open the others if they are the only ones offered... but if both are offered together, he'll throw all the drum bones out of his bowl and then proceed to eat the marrow from the flats only.

So now I order normal and just get both.... and i gotta say... I think I like them both equally now even though they are quite a bit different.

I was drums forever, but last year or so I've been liking the flats more!

* A colleague of mine is a vegan. So I asked him what made him stop eating meat. He said like 5 years ago he and his friends dropped Acid and went to eat at a Wing joint and he started peaking and was just tripped out by the sight of everyone tearing into chicken wings HAHAHA
Said it tripped him out so bad that he hasn’t eating meat since.

To each his own. I love wings but can't stand boneless "wings". But then again I hate breaded then sauced bone in wings. Slimy disgusting things anyway. :sneaky:
