Although I thought that there was quite a bit of showmanship for ol' Ray. I, for one, would not be excited to have him all up in my face screaming.

I'm not sure he was that kind of teammate. He was fiery and showed great emotion on the field, I hated his dance thing, but I think he showed leadership by doing and by motivating others to follow his lead.
 
Goff will make a difference in the red zone from day 1 , keenums arm is not strong enough for him to thread in passes on the goal line. Jared was great in the red zone in college and his arm strength has me very excited
