Seeing as the Rams have decided to get nasty on the OL, who should be a RB they should target to best take advantage in the Red Zone?

I’m thinking someone thick and they don’t come much thicker than Braelon Allen at 230+.

Who else fits the bill?

Speed or power...something different from Williams so they can give teams a different look.

Yet, it was clear to me last yr that their offense is slow...they need to add speed.

Later in the draft, there’s Steele. How is he around the goal line?

There are a lot of big RBs this year:

Isaac Guerendo – Louisville (221 lbs) PPF rating = 90.3

Audric Estime – Notre Dame (221 lbs) PPF rating = 94.0

MarShawn Lloyd – USC (220 lbs) PPF rating = 87.2

Trey Benson – Florida St (223 lbs) PPF rating = 87.2

Kendall Milton – Georgia (225 lbs) PPF rating = 88.9

Jase McClellan – Alabama (221 lbs) PPF rating = 84.5

Miyan Williams – Ohoi State (229lbs) PPF rating = had knee surgery

I think the Rams will draft a RB and/or sign AJ Dillon, Dobbins, etc.

I like Braelon Allen too but man he has been injured for a good amount of time over the past couple years. I'd have to pass on him just for that reason.

I hear talking heads saying this isn’t a great RB class but I think it’s pretty deep, just not top heavy, meaning I don’t see many going until the late 2nd round.

Mayes and Tice said there was talent in the middle rounds, probably 9 guys worth taking. But not really much before or after.

If they drafted Lloyd with the 3rd round Comp pick.. I wouldn’t freak out.
Williams has been hurt both seasons and the fall off was terrible last year.
Also staggers contracts well.

But I doubt that happens.
Ya, I like Williams, but he’s made out of glass.
