In no particular order.
The Rams can trade around, do what they want. But if they don't take one of those players then thanks they screwed the team. All of the four players can become elite. Farther you drop in the draft elite is harder to get. The Rams were lucky to get Quinn, but that's not the norm mid. round.
This isn't 2012 and Rams just try to fill a roster. They have a core and players with upside. So now it's go for elite to put the team over the top.
