Didn't he lead the league in INT's for a short while? I could be mistaken

Detroit decided to remake most of their secondary cornerbacks entirely in the draft and free agency after it cost them a lot of big plays in the playoffs. Drafted Terrion Arnold and Ennis Rakestraw in the first two rounds, signed Carlton Davis, Amik Robertson, and C.J. Moore, moved Ifeatu Melifonwu to safety, etc.

Not sure why others didn't want him.

Yes…and if Kindle Vildor intercepts the ball instead of head-butting it to Aiyuk, they would have been credited with winning the game for the Lions.

Jacobs didn't play in that game, as he was placed on IR at the end of the season.
