Crap, at first I thought maybe Xanders was some obscure player that I'd somehow overlooked.

Bummer that the Rams lost him, especially if he was banging the table for Jared Verse.
 
Les keeps finding the next guy and training them up just like McVay so not worried about it. It is funny though that most of the "experts" rarely say we won the draft or did great ranking us like top 5 or anything. Yet we always have people poached from our front office.
