Rams cut David Arkin

David Arkin stashed on PS, now that interest has died off.

Just my guess, based on how we normally do business this time of year.

The Rams sign the following player(s) to Practice Squad Contracts:
OL Battle, Isaiah, Clemson
LB Chubb, Brandon, Wake Forest
DL Fox, Morgan, Colorado State – Pueblo
RB Green, Aaron, Texas Christian
DB Jordan, Michael, Missouri Western
RB Magee, Terrence, LSU
WR McRoberts, Paul, Southeast Missouri State

The Rams can add up to 10 players to the regular season practice squad.

It is my guess it would have to be McRoberts. Since we are overstocked at receiver. Secondary option would be Magee if they want to keep McRoberts. But it would be one of those two if Arkin is put on PS.

You are missing 3 Players that have been signed to the PS.
* DB Blake Countess
* TE Bryce Williams
and
* DB Isaiah Johnson.
That's why, IF they want to keep Arkin they would have to cut someone.

If there's anything we're overstocked at, it's running back. Magee has about a 0.0005% chance of ever suiting up. Green is ahead of him. My vote is Magee would be gone. Most of our receivers are banged up.

What do you mean a fake out? Was this just so they didn't have to pay Cam's whole salary? He didn't make the end of camp roster but I thought it was the opening game day roster that determined if he got guaranteed money for the season.

I hope they have a good weight loss program.
