Might be a blessing in disguise. As in the difference in us paying him and regretting it, or just sucking it up and going after a LT in the draft.

Yeah if Alaric can't go they should start Jimmy. Saints will park Granderson over Noteboob and eat Stafford. Not that Granderson is great or anything, but he's gonna win plenty.

Hopefully he can go though.

I do think this is a good matchup for us. Saints aren't overpowering on either line and McVay teams are tough coming off ass kickings.

I would rather have a left tackle we know in Alaric jackson than i would some maybe in the draft at this point.
Use that draft capital on a right tackle.

Not so sure the Rams could get AJ on a friendly 2-3 yr deal. That would be all I would want to risk at this point.

Maybe the Rams end up tagging him and drafting a Tackle early. That could turn out ideal. If the rookie beats him out, AJ is the swing Tackle. If AJ wins the camp battle, the rookie becomes the understudy, surely getting some real game experience throughout the season.

The Rams have/need a new starting OT coming or they’ll continue to frustrate. We all saw how they fared vs a top DL.

Nah....draft an athletic pass blocking phenom for Left Tackle and then move Alaric Jackson to Right Tackle.

There has to be some reason why our oline group can't stay healthy. I understand it happens, it's a physical sport. But common.
 
I need a convincing win. Haven't had one all season.

I'd tag him and then take a shot on a dev OT at the very least. Not gonna be mad if they sign him, but I don't trust Jackson long term.

This year's edition of the Ram's offensive line is cursed & hopeless. Hopefully, Joe Noteboom will play a solid game but he will probably get injured in the opening series,
