I've never seen anything quite like it. IF you are a Rams player, you have to feel the support of upper management in placing the team with best possibility of the ultimate success. Stafford? Miller? OBJ? Rank them in order of importance.
 
Unfair poll first off. Unless there is some type of clairvoyance anybody besides Stafford hasn’t been an impact yet. Remains to be seen…

Stafford’s pick is less so, but all three are projections of performance. Let’s be honest, whether good or bad, Stafford was going to be the most important because of the position….

Well ofcourse plus he is the only proven thus far. The other two are prospects still.
 
So the starting qb that’s 9 games in and in MVP talks
The yet to play recovering from an injury OLB
Or the also yet to play or learn the offense WR

This is a tough one

Snead probably wins Executive of the Year for the Stafford trade alone. Rams went from 22nd in scoring to 5th this year.

I believe Von Miller can be an impactful player this year and is needed reinforcement for the Rams pass rush that will be essential to beating teams like GB and Ari and hopefully make a deep postseason run.

OBJ, don't know yet but Cooper Kupp is still the first option for Stafford on many plays. Another body in a crowded WR group, he'll make some plays, I don't think a lot. Three years in Cleveland and he couldn't develop a connection with his QB. It wasn't all him, but still.

Stafford for sure, but between Miller and OBJ, I'll wait to see them take some snaps in a Rams uniform before I decide.

it has to be stafford because all these other players can be schemed around but the qb can't be schemed around.
