OK, @TK42-RAM and @Ram Quiote and @LoyalRam among other's Nailed it The Magical Number was "7"! 1973 thru 1979!!

{ The rest of the "13" are 1967-1969-1985-1999-2001 and the last division Title was in 2003!}

Come on that was way too easy...7 Division Title with three Head Coaches, Chuck Knox, George Allen & of course...Raymondo Giuseppi Giovanni Baptiste Malavasi....George Allen never Coached a regular season game in 1978 after being fired starting the preseason at 0-2 and Malavasi was hired to replace him.
