He's got a great young QB to work with there, good talent level, and stable situation. Congrats to him.

Shit. We get poached EVERY damn season. Actually surprised we have gotten to keep Chris Shula. He'll certainly be gone next season.
 
At least we've kept Shula for next year. That's the main concern I had.

Tight ends weren't that great this year anyway. Davis Allen took a step back and was hurt, Parkinson was awful, and the less said about Long, the better. Higbee made the group better than what it was.

I have faith in McVay to find a coach to mold the group and improve it.
