How many of you football geeks (like me) are going to watch the combine this weekend?
I have all the days scheduled to be recorded so I don't miss anything.
I was listening to an interview with Bortles, he came acrossed as grounded hard working and committed.Not to mention measuring in at 6'5"
233 which is 2" taller than listed.
Is there anyone out there that thinks drafting the black mamba and putting him in with TA would be a fun
 
I tape it and watch it all too.

I think they are gonna take one of the 2 top OTs with the first pick. I can't make up my mind who I prefer, Robinson or Matthews.

I like Allen Robinson from PSU. He looks good to me even though I've heard the draft gurus pan him a bit. I know he is a smart kid, and I like smart WRs.

Okay Maxie I have two parties to attend this weekend so keep us up to date as to Matthews vs. Robinson unlike others, I'll take the guy who is bigger, stronger and faster so here's to you Mr. Robinson!
 
I just noticed the second half of mh post didn't show up ? I posted on my phone and had bad reception. I like Robinson too Max and I think there is a good chance we take a receiver aftef the first round so he may come into play.
As far as OL I am a little hesitant to take a OT that specializes in run blocking especially with SB. Upside is great but I think Mathews is more NFL ready right now.

Gotta see what Watkins runs. If he tears it up and runs under 4.3, it's gonna get very interesting.

If you spot me 0.021 I will bet $1000 rod money on Lee over Watkins in the 40. A little wager just makes it fun

4.40 for Watkins and 4.45 for lee is a tie ?

Also $1000 for De'Anthony Thomas to beat Tavon Austins 4.34 head up.

jrry what do you think about D Thomas if he is available in 3 or 4?
for me it would be tempting but maybe too much novelty on one team with other needs. But boy could you imagine he and TA together?

I'd say no. Would be great if we didn't have Tavon but Thomas doesn't have the size to be relied upon as a pass protector which depresses his value as a scat HB, we don't need him as a slot WR and a change of pace speed HB just isn't worth a 3rd or 4th to me. If I'm using that pick, I need a guy that can play on 3rd downs and carry the load if Stacy gets hurt.

Good points, I am kind of just thinking outside the box with the 2 in on the same plays hogging up space and players, freeing up others and occasionally using a little trickery to keep them honest. TA on the outside with DT in the slot at times, it would be tough for teams to account for, especially if you use tripps on there side or speed on the other side. It's all just just fun to contemplate but definitely not anywhere near a priority.
 
We need combine bets in the Sportsbook. I'd bet a ton of cash Watkins doesn't break 4.40 official time.
