Of course, I am still hoping the Rams start playing like we all think they are capable of and start winning some games but in the worst case scenario and if QB Marcus Mariota is available to the Rams when they pick in the next Draft do you take him? I do realize that we are all hoping that Austin Davis plays really well for the rest of the season but if Mariota is as good as most so-called experts say he is (and, I have to admit that he seems to be the real deal even if he does play in a QB Friendly System at Oregon) could the Rams really afford to pass on him? And, I have been a huge Sam Bradford fan since he was drafted by the Rams but his ability to stay on the field due to his health has to be a major concern for the Rams (As does his salary).

I'd take him, fire Schotty because he would bust him first year, get a big RB and or a FB to block for him and turn him loose.

If we are within range of drafting him, I suspect we'd try.

I don't follow a lot of college football, but isn't he always dinged up injury wise?

Mariota's been coming back down to Earth lately and may not be the consensus #1 that many thought he'd be before the year started. Not sure how he's going to translate to the NFL. Lot of physical tools but that's not really saying much.

We still have to wait and see how this season plays out before considering such a move!

Come on now fella's. I think it's safe to talk draft prospects. We are in the running to get a top 5 pick.

Not after 5 games, it isn't. While it may be safe to say we won't be a playoff team it's way to early to be talking draft, especially top 5 picks. The light will come on for this team and they will wheel off some wins and I'm confident they will not be picking in the top 5.

I'd take him just for the hell of it. I doubt we're in that position to draft him, though. I can't imagine Oakland, Buffalo, or TB passing on him.

Off topic but on the college football topic, am watching the Oklahoma Kansas State game, thought Bradford was back for a moment, strange seeing a #14 for OU.

I think Oakland will be fine with Carr.
TB and Buffalo certainly need help
Throw the Jets in there as well.

I'm sure it would help if Buffalo had a first round pick ;)

Cleveland (Sammy Watkins)

Yeah, I kinda remember lol.

They seem pretty content with their QB's, mainly Hoyer.

We may have a shot.

Raiders- Carr
Jacksonville- Bortles
Cleveland- Hoyer/Coke head
Washinton- RG3/Cousins
Minnisota- Bridgewater

I got it! Mariota will go to Tampa Bay, but we will be able to draft Winston. Boom! Crab legs for everyone!
