At least he knows he has a weak point regarding kicking. That’s important for a leader to recognize your strengths and deficiencies.
 
Les apparently knows as much about kickers as any GM, just ask the Bills organization. :bigcry:

Not sure they can do it because of other needs, but I'd prefer seeing the same offensive line that they ended the year with. That line greatly improved in the second half of the season. Which would mean re-signing Jackson, Shelton and Dotson. Jackson being a RFA would likely return. But they'll likely have to pony up for Shelton and Dotson. Would feel better about if they got both done before free agency.
