Rams front office for a long time has taken a lot of grief. Not just from us fans but from other fans. Ridiculed us for draft picks, free agent signings and trades. Les Snead has shown his worth and he's proudly displaying some serious brass nuggets. The turn around of this team in the last year and 2 months isn't just about the amazing new Head Coach we have. It shows a lot about that guy wearing the GM title. Look at that list from Siciliano in the last 2 weeks. Simply amazing. And he's not done!

I'm so glad that McVay decided to keep Snead on. He's a top three GM, if not the best in the league.
Even if he’s not the best. He’s easily the ballsiest. I’ve watched the NFL intensely for the last 15 years. I’ve never EVER seen moves like this before the offseason even began.

2011 Eagles come to mind. Lets hope we’re not them.

Rams management like sharks in the water smelling blood, They know they're close. Les is getting what Wade wants. Backfield almost done.

Next up--Linebackers, NT and edgerusher. Les still has cap space left and I expect another big splash there too.

Gutsy moves so far. I'm afraid to turn off my pc because I'll miss something.

I still think that Snead could have been more proactive with Sammy Watkins situation, but I have to hand it to him. Dude is remaking the defense in very exciting ways that I didn't really think was possible. How many times did Billy Devaney do something exciting, except get garbage and repackage it as something great?

I also do not underestimate the leverage the Rams now have as NFC West Champions. LA and last years success will draw FA to the team

I posted this in the talib thread but it should be in here. Snead has done an outstanding job, even with fisher.

Actually i have to give some props to the fisher and snead combo. The seeds were planted during fisher's tenure but he wasn't the man to take advantage. If nothing else the drafting of Donald, Gurley and Goff have provided an outstanding nucleus for a great team. A platform for the current regime to make the moves they're making. These players don't grow on trees. Props to them for taking the chance on them. Especially the bold trade for goff, a franchise saviour just about (When paired with a hc like mcvay).

So while there was no hope when fisher was coach, him and snead laid the platform for a better coach to come in and take advantage of having these 3 great players on the team.
